This is the engagement most clients land on. Readiness Assessments are useful; Transformation Programmes are where the work actually gets done. The promise is simple: at the end, you have production AI in your stack — not a prototype, not a demo — with measurement built in and your own team trained to run it.

We work in eight-to-sixteen-week sprints, mapped to the specific workflows we agreed in scoping. A typical programme spans two to four of these workflows. Alexandria, our 170-agent platform, deploys alongside us — so you inherit the same compounding infrastructure we use internally, not a bespoke one-off that rots after we leave.

Every fortnight, a quarterly-business-review-grade document goes to your executive sponsor. Every month, the founders sit with your leadership. This isn't account management — it's founder attention, because we cap the number of concurrent engagements specifically to keep it that way.

Commercial terms

Fixed fee, paid in thirds: kickoff, mid-programme, final delivery. Scope is agreed in writing before kickoff; any scope change is a separate addendum, not a renegotiation.
