For high-conviction engagements where we build something that directly drives revenue. We take a defined share of the lift. Requires mutual trust — that's the point.

Outcome-Based Build is the engagement that separates us from firms that only accept time-and-materials contracts. If we think we can move a specific commercial number — AOV, retention, LTV, conversion, ARPU — and you have clean measurement, we'll take a defined share of that uplift in place of most or all of our fee.

We're selective. Not every problem is legible enough for an outcome structure, and not every measurement environment is clean enough to attribute fairly. Typical fits: D2C personalisation and pricing, gaming live-ops and monetisation, marketplace matching and search, fintech underwriting and conversion. If we don't think we can move the number, we'll tell you on the first call and route you back to the Transformation Programme tier.

When we do take it on, you get our full founding team and Alexandria deployed against a single commercial objective, with a measurement framework agreed in writing before work begins. Skin in the game on both sides.

Commercial terms

Structured per engagement. Baseline fixed at scoping; revenue share runs for a defined measurement window (typically 12–24 months). Early termination and dispute terms agreed in writing before kickoff.
