AI Transformation Program
Strategy and the first production workflows, shipped. We build it, put it in front of users, measure it, and hand it to your team with the documentation to run it independently.
This is the engagement most clients land on. Readiness Assessments are useful; Transformation Programs are where the work actually gets done. The promise is simple: at the end, you have production AI in your stack, not a prototype or a demo, with measurement built in and your own team trained to run it.
We work in four-to-twelve-week builds, mapped to the specific workflows we agreed in scoping. A typical program covers two to four workflows. Alexandria, our 170-agent platform, deploys alongside us. You inherit the same compounding infrastructure we use internally, not a bespoke one-off that rots after we leave.
Every fortnight, a quarterly-business-review-grade document goes to your executive sponsor. Every month, a founder sits with your leadership, and that holds because we cap the number of concurrent engagements specifically to keep it that way.
Inclusions
- Production AI shipped: not a prototype, not a demo, not a slide
- Alexandria deployed inside your stack, compounding across every workflow that follows
- Change management and internal champion development: your team owns the capability
- Fortnightly QBR-grade reporting; monthly working session with the founders
- Measurement framework agreed at scoping and reviewed at every milestone
- Documentation and runbooks so the capability survives our exit
Fixed fee, paid in thirds: kickoff, mid-program, final delivery. Scope is agreed in writing before kickoff; any scope change is a separate addendum, not a renegotiation.
When this engagement is the right call
- You've had a Readiness Assessment (ours or someone else's) and know where you want to start
- You have two-to-four AI workflows in mind and executive sponsorship to ship them
- You want Alexandria inside your infrastructure, not a vendor dependency
- You need the work to clear a board-level commercial bar, not a technical one
