The pilots ran, the deck got written, and the number on the spreadsheet didn't move. That's where most teams are when they call us. We find what's broken, ship the fix, and run it after go-live.

Every engagement ends in a working deliverable, not a deck. Most clients start with one of the two diagnoses. The diagnosis takes the guesswork out of the build, the build earns the retainer, and when the measurement is clean we'll put our fee on the outcome.

We take two engagements a quarter. If your problem doesn't fit any of these shapes, we'll tell you on the first call and point you to someone better suited.
