This is the core engagement, the one the others build toward. At the end you have production AI in your stack, measured, with your own team trained to run it.
We work in four-to-twelve-week builds, mapped to the specific workflows we agreed in scoping. A typical program covers two to four workflows. Alexandria, our 170-agent platform, deploys alongside us. You inherit the same compounding infrastructure we use internally, not a bespoke one-off that rots after we leave.
Every two weeks, a quarterly-business-review-grade document goes to your executive sponsor. Every month, a founder sits with your leadership, and that holds because we cap the number of concurrent engagements specifically to keep it that way.

Fixed fee, paid in thirds: kickoff, mid-program, final delivery. Scope is agreed in writing before kickoff; any scope change is a separate addendum, not a renegotiation.
