The shape is always the same. Acquisition works. The early funnel looks healthy. Then value leaks somewhere your dashboards don't explain: a retention cliff, an event cadence that doesn't exist, an offer model nobody has touched since launch. The audit finds the leak, sizes it, and hands you the fixes in implementation order.

This is product and growth work, not an AI engagement. It draws on fifteen-plus years shipping free-to-play at PopCap (EA), NaturalMotion (Zynga) and Wooga (Playtika): progression design, liveops cadence, economy tuning, monetization architecture. Commercial terms

Fixed fee, paid in two installments: half to begin, half on delivery. One engagement: one kickoff, one data handoff, one readout, not three mini-projects.

An optional monthly retainer covers hands-on implementation once the audit defines the work. The same operators who wrote the specs build alongside your team.
